Meet Todd Banks, Rudy’s New GM and Latest Rudy’s Rockstar

We’ve got some exciting news to share with you today! We’re thrilled to introduce you to the newest addition to the Rudy’s family: Todd Banks, our dynamic and passionate General Manager. With Todd at the helm, Rudy’s is more committed than ever to exceeding your expectations and ensuring your pest control experience is nothing short of amazing.

A native Californian hailing from North Hollywood, Todd brings with him a wealth of diverse experience and expertise. Graduating with a BA in Business Management from San Diego State University, Todd initially set his sights on golf course management, where he worked his way up to become the first assistant at the prestigious The Lakes Country Club. From there, Todd entered Real estate, where for decades he worked closely with pest control and termite inspection vendors in association with Coldwell Banker, Dyson and Dyson, Windermere and HK Lane Real estate. Todd’s wife, Lisa, is also in Real estate, and they raised three kids together as Todd’s career continued to progress.

So, with a background in Real estate, what drew Todd to Rudy’s, you ask? Well, he’s known Rudy Garza, the company’s founder, for years and has always admired our reputation as the top pest control company in the area. His extensive work with a variety of pest control companies over the last 30-years means he has a keen understanding of what works for clients, and what doesn’t. But more than that, Todd is deeply committed to putting clients first and believes that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of any successful business.

Todd’s vision for Rudy’s is nothing short of ambitious. In the short term, he’s focused on implementing strategies to expand our reach within the community and capture new business among exploding population centers. But his long-term goals are even more impressive – Todd aims to double the size of our company, ensuring that Rudy’s sticks to its roots of personal service and expert customer care while offering our services to a broader audience.

For Todd, customer service isn’t just a priority – it’s a way of life. He’s dedicated to maintaining Rudy’s reputation for high-quality service and customer satisfaction, and he’s got some exciting initiatives in the works to ensure we continue to exceed your expectations. He’s committed to environmentally responsible pest control practices, and in addition to our current environmental responsibility initiatives, is already in talks with vendors to explore the most eco-friendly products and solutions.
