Steps to Prepare for Your Termite Inspection

1. Ensure Garage Access

Our inspector will need access to your garage. Please make sure that the entrance is not obstructed, and that the area is not locked or otherwise impeded.

2. De-Clutter Garage

For us to give you the great service you deserve, the garage must be cleared with nothing against any walls. This allows us full visibility and access.

3. Clear the Outside

Along the outside of your property, clear everything away from the exterior walls so that we can view and access the property effectively.

4. Put Away Your Pets

Please put away your trusty pooch, cat, or other animals. This is for the safety of your pet, our inspector, and so that we can complete your inspection as effectively as possible.
