At the time of the inspection, there was no visible evidence of active subterranean termite activity.
However, termite evidence and termite damage may be hidden behind furniture, stored items, insulation, wall coverings, floor coverings, or within inaccessible areas such as wall voids, subareas, attics, or concealed structural components.
While our inspection is thorough and conducted in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations, certain termite activity, conditions, or damage may not be visible or detectable at the time of inspection. Subterranean termites may infest a property at any time after the inspection date.
We take immense pride in our service and attention to detail; however, subterranean termites are naturally occurring organisms and may infest a structure at any time after the original inspection.
With our guarantee, you can have peace of mind knowing that if subterranean termite activity is discovered within twelve (12) months from the date of the original inspection, we will provide local subterranean termite treatment at no cost to you, subject to the terms and limitations below.
Guarantee Coverage
* This guarantee Includes a maximum of two (2) local subterranean termite treatments within the one-year guarantee period.
* Covers the structure identified in the original inspection report.
* Applies only to local subterranean termite treatment.
* Any additional or recurring subterranean termite activity beyond the two included treatments will require a re-inspection of the property.
* If further treatment is recommended after re-inspection, such treatment will be provided at an additional cost.
*Guarantee must be activated within 90 days from the original inspection.
Exclusions & Limitations
This guarantee does not apply to:
* Concealed or inaccessible areas of the structure
* Undetected or previously existing termite damage
* Infestations or conditions arising after the inspection date
* Structural or cosmetic repairs
* Drywood termite activity
* Properties where the guarantee has not been activated within ninety (90) days of inspection
* This guarantee does not include fumigation, structural repairs, cosmetic damage, or treatment of inaccessible areas unless otherwise specified in writing.
